Nurse call systems, medical gases, and a high-efficiency air conditioning system were incorporated into this specialist design.
The preparation of budgets for the services element, issuing of tender drawings and specifications, and nomination and recommendation of sub-contractors post-tender were aspects of the job to be considered by us. We attended site and design team meetings regularly. Snagging and commissioning of all plant and equipment at the sign-off stage was also a part of our service, as was a review of all health and safety and operation and maintenance manuals that was presented to the client at the handover stage.
