Under the Rapid Build Schools Programme and working alongside JJ Rhatigan & Co.
we were appointed as Mechanical and Electrical Consultants for the design and
construction of 4 no. national schools (Lot 5) throughout Ireland which were
required to be delivered to a strict schedule on behalf of the Department of
Education & Skills.

Sustainable design solutions were utilized where possible on the designs including lighting and life safety solutions. All works were carried within a live school campus environment. Gaelscoil An Raithin, Co. Limerick. New 2 story 16 classroom primary school which incorporates a general-purpose hall and staff facilities.
This school was successfully delivered under the Rapid Build framework. Limerick Educate Together National School, Co. Limerick. New 2 story 16 classroom primary school with an additional 3 room special needs unit, the new school also has a general-purpose hall and staff facilities.
This school was successfully delivered under the Rapid Build framework 2017. Gaelscoil De Hide, Co. Cork. New 24 classroom 3 story primary school. Gaelscoil De Hide, Co. Cork. New 24 classroom 3 story primary school. It was delivered under the Rapid Build framework and completed in under 12 months.
To enable fast delivery of the project precast wall panels were fabricated off-site. This required detailed services coordination to ensure all services openings were cast off-site minimizing the works on-site and allowing a fully integrated building. Holy Family School, Co. Cork.
New 6 classroom extension and general-purpose hall to an existing special needs school in Co. Cork. Including the extension, the school has a total of 15 classrooms each of which is furnished according to each class-specific need. This school was delivered under the Rapid Build framework and completed in under 12 months.
