Provision of Utility Design Services for this 29 Acre Development located on the outskirts of Kilkenny City. The first of its type in Ireland, this agri-business park was developed by Kilkenny Livestock Association.
Cillin Hill Agri Business Park
Cillin Hill consists of trading areas and sales rings, commercial spaces, and retail units. The Park also has a restaurant and bar. The Hub which is situated on this site is a 1,700m² multi-purpose venue for events and exhibitions.
Key design elements comprised of:
• Passive design for lighting and ventilation
• CHP
• Biomass boiler
• Odour control and specialist wash down facilities
We were also involved in the utility infrastructure design, procurement, and project management of the installation for the site.
