Christian Louboutin opened his first boutique in Paris in 1932. He is an artisan and craftsman and his designs are instantly recognisable in the fashion industry thanks to the iconic red sole.
The 75m2 retail space in Dublin hosts a collection of bags and shoes and was extensively refurbished in 2017. Lawler Consulting designed, tendered and project managed the upgrade of lighting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, life safety, sprinkler, IT, CCTV and intruder alarm systems.
This project was completed during normal trading hours in a live trading environment. Significant works were carried out on the existing Mechanical and Electrical systems serving this section of the retail floor, which had the potential to impact on other departments within the store. The key to the successful delivery of this project was meticulous pre-planning and surveying carried out before the project commenced.
