The overall site consisted of a 9,000m² high-bay storage and distribution centre including 12 bay loading docks for a leading toy distributor, and also food and beverage markets.
The configuration of loading bays, marshaling area, administration, and racking area provide for efficient logistics and warehousing management.
The development also included a 1,400m² office headquarters catering for nationwide distribution, staff facilities, and showroom.
