This project involved the re-fit out of existing 1st, 2nd, and 4th floors, totaling 2,900m² of the Trinity Point office block for the Department of Rural & Community Development in Dublin.
Lawler Consulting was appointed as MEP Engineers via the Framework Panel with the OPW.
The project required the upgrade of a new lighting layout to suit the re-arrangement of an office fit-out. Due to the increase in an official capacity, the project also involved the upgrade of the existing ground floor communications rooms along with reconfiguration of the layout of the general service.
