Lawler Consulting was appointed through the OPW Framework Panel to act as Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers for the full re-fit out of the existing three-story commercial building to allow for rebranding and increase in revenue administration services.

Works included the installation of new low-energy LED lighting with daylight/occupancy sensing, general service, ICT, fire, and security alarm. The project also included a new VRF based AC system allowing for simultaneous heating & cooling on the floor plate.
