Sensitive to its surroundings we provided mechanical and electrical building design services to the refurbishment of the house including fire and intruder detection system, emergency lighting services, installation of hybrid heat pumps system including 2no. backup oil boilers, underfloor heating connected to a manual timing unit which can be changed by staff at the building. The house was completely rewired using KNX and gives complete flexibility and control of Audio Visual, Lighting, Heating, and CCTV.
