Lawler Consulting were commissioned through Pivotal International to produce the building services design for 320no. luxury apartment of 254 m² floor area and totalling over 150,000m² floor area, plus parking and water efficient landscaping. The apartments are fully air conditioned and integrated into the campus ICT, building management and other site infrastructure. Our services followed stringent design requirements set out by the client for a “World Class development”. The project incorporates sustainable design features based on LEED regional priority credits for Water Efficiency, Erosion control and storm water management and the heat island effect. The client required the design to meet the most stringent of US( NFPA / ASHRAE) and European (IEC/CENELEC) regulations. The building was designed through IES (Integrated Environmental Simulation software) to conform compliance with ASHRAE energy targets.
