Lough Rynn Castle

Lough Rynn Castle, located in Mohill, Co. Leitrim is surrounded by 350 acres of scenic green land.

Lawler Consulting were appointed as Building Service Design Engineers in the refurbishment of the conference centre, renovation of the Estate Manger’s house and development of new swimming pool and energy centre.

Our role included the completion of a feasibility study, design of all building services including mechanical and electrical which incorporated specialist lighting, a lift and BMS system. Issuing of tender documentation to sub-contractors, followed by nomination of successful sub-contractors post tender. It was also the responsibility of Lawler Consutling to supervise of sub-contractors on site.
