Eagle Wharf Road
Design and construction of part 5 and part 6 storey L-shaped building to comprise 36 new residential units to the upper levels and 3941m² of commercial office space on the lower floors with CAT A fit-out. The works also involved the Phase 2 demolition of the existing warehouse buildings which occupied the site. The completed project will feature high-quality detailing with an active street frontage and targets BREEAM Excellent.
