At one end of the spectrum, the life cycle costs are a paramount concern and we design for longevity and durability and at the other extreme we are focused primarily on cost control and value for money.

More onerous Building Regulations require improved efficiency and renewable energy solutions to be integrated into the Mechanical and Electrical services solution.

This includes heat pumps, PV, solar thermal and other technologies and innovations.

Many of our projects are mixed developments or have landlord facilities that require compliance with Non-Domestic Building Legislation which require us to achieve a Near Zero Energy Building (nZEB) Solution.

Our in-house expertise in Building Energy Compliance and Performance Modelling allows us to provide bespoke options for our clients that optimise the business case for a whole range of projects from lowest capital cost projects to best life cycle performance.
