Lawler Consulting has been contracted for its M&E Design services for this new residential development in Rocksborough, Wexford.

The Kerlogue Manor development is an upcoming social housing scheme for Tuath Housing Association.
With Phases 1 & 2 complete, 28 homes are currently occupied. Phase 3 includes a further 16 homes which will be handed over at the start of March. The overall development will be completed by the end of April, seeing a further 18 houses and 9 apartments handed over.
