The Hoban Park residential project in Callan, Co Kilkenny includes 38 houses comprising 1 to 4-bed single and 2 storey semi’s and terraces.

This was one of the first Nearly Zero Energy Buildings residential schemes in Ireland.

These energy-efficient homes in Hoban Park are designed & certified to NZEB standards and reduce energy consumption by over 33% compared with typical “A” rated homes.

A great effort by the entire design & construction team to hit this high standard including Reddy Architecture + Urbanism, Nolan Construction Consultants, Hayes Higgins Partnership, Thomas Kelly & Sons Ltd, and Kilkenny County Council.
