Riverdell Apartment Complex

At the heart of Carlow town, with a view of the town park and the River Barrow, Riverdell apartment complex developed for young professionals and couples. The development has 60 fully furnished apartments, with retail space at ground level which is occupied by one of Carlow’s busiest restaurants and other smaller retail units.

Lawler Consulting provided Mechanical and Electrical works to the 60 apartments and retail units. A very detailed lighting plan was drawn up for the building including the installation of ground lighting within the steps leading up to the retail units, lighting under the canopy at roof level, and much more. External lighting to the surrounding pedestrian footpath areas and the car park was also included in Lawler Consulting drawings. Due to the building’s residential function, detailed life safety systems were also included in the designs.
