Tulse Hill Apartment Scheme

Lawler Consulting completed a scheme of 22 mixed private and affordable apartments set in the heart of South London. These contemporary themed apartments have become homes for young professionals and numerous families. Together with sister company Pivotal International, we provided a suite of Mechanical and Electrical works to these apartments.

A feature included in these designs which our engineers had not before implemented in an apartment complex was the electric gate with access system attached to the complex entrance wall. The 1,750m2 site is now home for many.
