This project consisted of the complete refurbishment and re-organisation of the existing offices and call centre and new extension to the building in addition to creating a new entrance for customers and staff.

The existing building was refurbished with fit-out services provided for state of the art offices, some of the additional new facilities also included a new expansive canteen area to cater and accommodate up to 1,000 people.
The VHI purchased a redundant warehouse adjacent to the existing building and this was rejuvenated and re-developed into a modernistic call centre and additional office space. The insertion of new large external windows and roof lights altered the existing warehouse providing a vibrant, bright and naturally lit workspace.
The design integrates the existing and proposed offices / call centre linking them with a new central circulation ‘street’ creating an open, flowing environment.
This scheme is part of a larger campus with future phases planned, these works comprising of the first two phases. On completion, the overall floor area of the V.H.I. Call Centre is 7,600m².
Key design elements in this project include;
New CAT 6 data installation,
New energy efficient lighting scheme incorporating day light harvesting, New fire alarm installation,
New emergency lighting installation,
Intruder Alarm installation, Access Control & CCTV installation,
Fibre links & integration of services with existing building,
New air conditioning & fresh air system
