Prominently situated in Redhill town centre, the available floors have been fully refurbished to provide flexible, open plan accommodation offering some of the best modern office space.
The refurbishment and fit-out involved the modification of existing ductwork, the re-use of the existing primary ventilation and heating plant, and the installation of new concealed air conditioning units throughout.
Works also included new LED lighting and swirl diffusers throughout, a comprehensive new building controls installation, and the full refurbishment and fit-out of toilets, reception area, and meeting rooms.
