Nike Fit-Out Dundrum Town Centre
This project involved a full MEP fit-out of the existing shell and core unit in Dundrum Town Centre for Nike.
The fit-out comprised a complete design of mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler systems, as well as LEED certification.
MEP Design
The mechanical works completed by our team included a new heating and ventilation system, a mains system, hot and cold water systems, air conditioning, and a building management system.
The electrical upgrades completed included new LV switchgear, power distribution wiring and containment, lighting and emergency lighting, IT and data installation, security, CCTV and access control, and fire alarm installation.
Finally, our team completed a new sprinkler installation throughout the unit. This included double-level void protection where applicable.
