Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers for the refurbishment and new fit out of this Intreo office located in the main civic centre within a town centre location.

The Intreo, Department of Foreign Affairs & Social Protection project consisted of a new efficient lighting system along with daylight and occupancy sensors, power and data connection along with fibre backbone connectivity, and a ventilation system all within a live office environment. Building design tools such as IES, DIALux, Amtech, and MagiCAD were utilised within the design which was completed substantially ahead of programme.
As part of the works, Intreo secured the first floor which was required due to expansion in the workforce which subsequently required full Mechanical and Electrical fit-out and full integrations into the existing services and data centre.
