This new 1,200 seater cinema forms a landmark building on a newly constructed central access street.

Acting as MEP design engineers within the Project Team our role was to provide building design services for the fit-out of this 3,500m² building with 12 screen rooms in addition to the design for public access route lighting and façade lighting. Special design features included a rainwater harvesting system for the public toilets.
