Based just outside Waterford city Hasbro are one of the world’s leading toy manufacturers, The companies manufacturing plant required some extra storage space within the facility.

Lawler Consulting designed and delivered a high bay, narrow aisle warehouse with storage for 8,000 pallets which was also designed to cater for future fit-out of an automated conveyor system.

The manufacturing site in Waterford was producing a large amount of the outgoing product and this system has subsequently been installed and is fully operational. Other works carried out on site was an upgrade to the moulding room.
