Coldharbour Lane Residential Complex

Faversham Road Limited commissioned Lawler Consulting, to design the M&E services of a new residential complex located on Coldharbour Lane in Brixton. The site is located on the busy intersection of Coldharbour Lane, Loughborough Road and Hinton Road.

The total area of the site proposed for the new residential complex is approximately 820 sq. m. with a gross floor area of 4,285 sq. m. The project consisted of 2 plots with the largest plot of 2,492 sq. m. containing all of the residential apartments.

The Complex consists of 18 two-bed apartments & 5 three-bed apartments, commercial/creative space, restaurant, and external recreational areas.
Each apartment block varies in height from four to six stories all centered around a communal courtyard area.

The design seeks to create a sense of place, which encourages residences and visitors to thrive in their individual and collective endeavors in a safe, comfortable environment.
