We were appointed as Mechanical and Electrical design consultants in the major refurbishment of AIB Kilkenny to incorporate their new design roll out of premises while also providing a more engaging, modern and spacious branch. The store now has significantly increased trading hours and additional automated services.
Works include an initial survey of the existing building followed by an upgrade of the existing M&E services where required. This included heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water and sanitation services as well as fire protection, lighting, power, life-safety, IT, CCTV, intruder systems. Lawler Consulting has assisted in the installation of self-service ATM/lodgement machines in branches.
Careful pre-planning considered the existing wiring and electrical works and avoided major technical interruption or having to cease trade.
